The concept of infinity is impossible for us to fully grasp, but fractals are a way we can attempt to visualize something that is never-ending. Fractals are infinitely complex patterns that are self-similar across different scales. They are created by repeating a simple process over and over in an ongoing feedback loop. This series illustrates how the same rule is applied to a simple shape and continues to grow. In nature we can see these fractal patterns in the formation of snowflakes, leaves, sea shells and so much more.
